I made the move to Travel Nation at the beginning of 2011 following 8 years at Trailfinders. With friends already in the company (as well as a flat just round the corner), I knew that at Travel Nation I would be able to share my own travel experiences whilst helping others get what they want from their own adventures.
I grew up in the seaside resort of Whitley Bay, and living on the coast remains essential for me (and the south is considerably warmer)! Travel was always on the agenda so after uni I headed off on with my backpack and came back a few years later, a little skinnier and less pale than when I left. Since then my destination choices have been inspired by wildlife and mountains, though things have changed somewhat since the arrival of my little girl in 2012... having a Brazilian father determines that she too will be a little traveller from an early age!
Whitley Bay (Newcastle)
Mainly at The Dry Dock pub (working as well as playing hard!) just over the road from Leeds Met University where I studied Business Management.
Following my 3 year world trip, I joined Trailfinders in Newcastle where I spent 4 years until they announced they were to open a shop in Brighton. I always said I would move here if they did... so I did. I worked for them for another 4 years specialising in Business Class and Polar travel.
My six years experience specialising in round the world Business Class and First Class travel for both corporate and leisure travellers has given me the insight required to get the right ticket for you. If a flat bed is essential, the Chauffeur car service and lounge access makes all the difference or you just want the extra comfort for that long journey I am happy to work out something to suit your requirements!.

Excellent service, very knowledgable.
Really quick turnaround and able to get quotes for things other travel agents had come up blank on. Had people who knew the area, despite it being off the usual tourist route.
